School Leadership Team

The School Leadership Team (SLT) is comprised of school community members including students, parents and staff who develop educational policies and plans for our school. SLT also ensures that there are resources to support those policies and plans. More specifically SLTs do the following:

  • provide ongoing evaluations of a school’s educational programs and their impact on student achievement
  • Play an important role in school decision making
  • Help to make school cultures more collaborative
